Audiologists specialize in prevention, identification and assessment of hearing disorders to provide treatment and rehabilitative services. They are involved in infant screening, early identification of hearing loss and assessment of its adverse
effects on the individual’s academic, social or vocational life. Their services are crucial in identifying people with psychogenic hearing loss also.

Speech Language Pathology

A Speech Language Pathologist or an SLP evaluate and provide remedial services to children and adults with speech, language , voice and swallowing problems.
